Welcome!

I live close to the sea in the town of Falkenberg on the Swedish west coast, where the landscape always fascinates me.  The wide horizon and the shore line never cease to inspire me. Stormy days and beautiful sun sets give my life a golden dimension. They also have provided the inspiration for the pictures on this site.

I studied economics and have a masters degree in organizational development. From the ‘70s psychology, philosophy and personal growth have been my special areas of interest. In 1981 I started my consultant company specializing in organizational, leadership, group development and conflict resolution.

During five years the American psychologist Carl Rogers was my mentor and I trained to become a counselor in the USA. During several summers I arranged workshops based on Rogers’ work in Sweden.

Around 1980 philosophy became my new special interest. For about 10 years the American philosopher Peter Koestenbaum was my teacher and mentor. I arranged seminars in philosophy in Greece, Israel and India.

In 2004 I wrote the book ”Frågor kring Visdom & Kärlek” (Questions about Wisdom and Love). It was published in English by Findhorn Press Ltd in 2008, ISBN 978-1-84409-172-0. Adlibris.

Nowadays I work as a mentor, give seminars and further develop materials and processes regarding self-mentoring or ‘inner wisdom dialogue”.

My book “Questions about Wisdom and Love”

“Step aside from the usual inner chat in your mind, and discover your own deep answers to your important personal questions. That way you can gain inner clarity, peace and effective action.”

My book “Questions about Wisdom and Love” as well as my personal guidance uses questioning techniques from both Socrates and Kierkegaard to help you deepen your inner knowing through connecting to your inner intuitive voice. The questions in the book are arranged in a special, meditative rhythm interspersed with beautiful landscape photographs.

Guidelines for reading

The book is not intended to be read in the way you would normally read a book. It can be used as a resource in various ways and I would suggest the following:

  1. Think of someone/something in your life that is important to you. This could be regarding your partner, children or parents, yourself, another person in your life or a certain situation.
  2. Ask yourself a question about this relationship/situation that feels important.
  3. Next, open the book at random and point or let your eyes rest on a short piece of text on that page. Do this twice. Choose the text that you like best.
  4. Then reflect: Does the text you chose give a new meaning to your question?
Which associations with your own question come up?
  5. Reflect on your associations, feelings and thoughts, and give yourself your own answer of wisdom.
  • This kind of inner dialogue/self mentoring can result in surprising new thoughts, feelings and insights.
